Allow users to Change their account settings from mlmym #79

It would be very nice if we were able to change things like Profile pictures, Display name, email, matrix handle and other things like that from this frontend so that we don't have to use lemmy-ui if we don't want to, that means being able to set account related settings on the mlmym front-end.
