more explicit dependencies that triggered the error in appveyor for windows machines

So it seems to be rooted in the package 'assertthat' from what i can see in the log installation file from appveyor

Oh shit I though it did pass. Looks like the error in appveyor is something to do with the package called 'assertthat'

installing source package 'genepopedit' ... * R * data ** moving datasets to lazyload DB * preparing package for lazy loading Error in loadNamespace(i, c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[i]]) : there is no package called 'assertthat' ERROR: lazy loading failed for package 'genepopedit'
removing 'C:/projects/genepopedit/genepopedit.Rcheck/genepopedit'
