Some source files seem to be missing in the repository.
E.g. 
com.google.eclipse.protobuf.ui/src/com/google/eclipse/protobuf/ui/ProtobufUiModu
le.java references AbstractProtobufUiModule whose source is not in the 
repository.

Maybe I’m missing a dependency?
