Enable only selected pre-comparison text normalisation rules on starting the extension #25

I've got multiple pre-comparison text normalisation rules in the settings, but rarely use some of them. I want to start the extension with those rules turned off so that I don't use them until I specifically turn them on.

Released as v1.1.0
