User Story: AS A meme promoter I WANT to be able to pick an image and add text to it SO THAT I can create a meme to make it go viral

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] When I pick an image and input a text, the function should grab the value of the input and fetch the url
[x] We need to convert the url into a json format to be able to fetch
