Grammatical error in `Appendix: Effort` #7

In paragraph 4 of Effort:

'commands that deleted or edited an entity needed ...'

should change to 'commands that delete or edit an entity needed ...'.

As we are speaking about our past experiences in implementing these features, it can be in past tense. Also, it does not affect the quality of the documentation in any way as it does not affect the reader's understanding of the UG.
