• add sphinx docs config and setup mal.readthedocs.io
• use hyphens instead 'undefined' for non-classified score animes (mal list)
• implement --extend flag on list command
• implement drop command to setup any anime to dropped list
• implement the stats command, just like the web version from oficial mal
• fix some checkers decorators on mal.utils after new upgrades of requests and decorating
