Divider, missing vertical relation between Do instruction and Endpoint.

Current state: this error was filtering out during the integrity check. See TODO in NITTA.Model.ProcessIntegrity.

How to fix it:

See computational process levels for Divider in UI and their relations.
Add vertical relation between Do instruction and intermediate level.
Add Intermediate level as an alternative to endpoint into checkProcessIntegrity.
Remove hack for integrity error suppression.
