Added rails to corresponding item tag #68

This adds further compatability with other mods that utilise the item tag specifically and not just the block tag such as Lothrazar's Scaffolding behavior mod.

Looks good! Thank you for the contribution! I'll port this to past versions next time we have enough changes for a new build.
