Make Chunk Loader compatible with Create. #80

I really love the mechanics of this chunk loader with having to continuously supply it with crystals, which is why I thought it would go great with Create mod. I spent several hours making an automatic quartz generator able to keep up with the chunk loader's consumption, and it worked great.

...As long as I was online. As it turns out, as soon as there was no one around on the server, all of the Create contraptions unloaded and my entire (300 stack) quart supply got drained overnight.

There is a chunk loader mod specifically for Create, which is why I know this is possible to implement, but I don't just want a loader that works without fuel. It would be really cool if the chunkloader from this mod could be made to be compatible with Create.

How far were the contraptions away from the chunk loader? The block only works for chunks adjacent to the one its run in.

i have issues with it not working after i log out and in again, i have to turn it off and on again, maybe i need to reload the chunk for it to stay loaded im not sure on the specifics, it does work for loading create contraptions that arent moving though
