client side graphical settings don't apply on linux #612

Hello,

I encounter issues on changing luminosity (and contrast) in the client.

The global luminosity is too low (for my screen), and i have to raise the luminosity of my screen to maximum values to see something. The result is felt my health : my eyes hurt so much.

System : ubuntu bionic Game resolution : Windowed Level of detail : CUSTOM -- far clip 400m; tile near clip 40m ; quality 500 ; special effects preset = LOW Client Version : FV 3.6.0.9059 (live)

CDriverGL::setMonitorColorProperties() is only implemented for windows
