Did some testing and discovered that the built in Windows .zip extraction utility is adding "remote" computer alternate data stream which causes Windows to block the .dlls from running for the context menu. Manually unblocked the .dlls and it works. work around is to use another zip file utility to extract the test release .zip.
Closing issue because it is not directly related to the program causing the issue.
Content menu is not working in 1.1.0.6 prerelease. When built (x86 - Debug) from source 1.1.0.6 version the context menu works. Built on Windows 10 1803 (Current Branch) with Visual Studio 2017.
