FHF too slow #2

Currently, it requires 50.1 minutes to finish main.m computation. The computation time must be reduced to approximately one minute.

Please use Profile (http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/profile.html ) to track the execution time of main.m and optimize the MATLAB codes.
