Submit Aparapi to Khronos Group #30

If you take a look at http://www.khronos.org/opencl/resources under the section 
"Java Bindings to OpenCL" you will see that only JOCL is listed.

Aparapi should be submitted to Khronos as a first-class Java OpenCL binding to 
be listed under the above link.

Great idea.   I note that there are various references from their 'news' site 
but you are right, it would be good to see us listed as a binding.  I will take 
a look at how to do this.

I will talk to internal Khronos members to see whether they feel this is 
dooable and to determine what steps we have to go through.

Aparapi.
