Add info to AAVSO text file header

In the AAVSO text file that is produced by EXOTIC, need to include the following information in the header:

• time observed before predicted 4th contact
• time observed after predicted 1st contact
• Aperture and annulus sizes (both in pixels and arcseconds)
• Any data quality metrics (maybe sigma detection of the transit depth?)
