NR version 6.1 not opening..

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to start in again
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect NR to open, but I get a error box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

6.1 on Windows Vista 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

It says MS.xna.framewors v3.0 is missing, but this has been on on comp since 
2009 and I tried installing it again too.. but NR does not open still.. On 
clicking the desktop icon, I get the circle which indicates that its going to 
open and then I get this error box.

What versions of NR have you been able to run previously on this computer?  
What version of .NET do you have installed currently?

I can run 5.4.0(beta). I have .NET 3.5

try updating to .NET 4.0

In addition to that, NR requires the XNA framework to run (it is used for the 
super spiffy plotting routines). It appears that you don't have XNA - (was this 
included with the previous MSI??).
