Crash at overwrite file prompt #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start open loop stimulation output with a previously selected file
2. Prompt pops up asking if you want to overwrite
3. Click cancel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Prompt should exit, OL-out should cancel. Instead null reference exception
