Microsoft.Net Framework Error when starting v1.0.1.494

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening NeuroRighter
2. Altering the hardware specifications
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get the following error when I start up NeuroRighter:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, 
the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click 
Quit, the application will close immediately.

Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\NeuroRighter 
(v1.0.1.494)\WindowState.xml' is denied.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.0.1.494 (just installed)

Please provide any additional information below.
Was there some microsoft.net update that needed to be made for it to work?
