NeuroRighter Start-Up Error when Compiled #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start with Fresh system and download VS 2008, XNA 3.1, VS 2010, NI 
Measurement Studio, TortoiseSVN, AForge, NI-DAQmx 9.5.5, and NeuroRighter
2. Attempt to compile in VS 2010
3. Attempt to open hardware settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the hardware settings submenu, instead I get the 
attached error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NR 1.0.1.501 Beta on Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
Once the program is compiled, I hope to add my own custom features including a 
new channel mapping.

I think I solved this one in r507. Basically, the default options for several 
input device settings were null and there some parts of the hardware settings 
code had nothing to do in this case. Try it out and see if this fixed it.
