What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install NR for first time.
2. adjust hardware, display, filtering, and channel count settings. press start
(recording off).
3. change spkdet settings. click mouse on noise estimation algorithm drop-down
menu.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect to see various noise estimation algorithm options.
instead i get a start-up error (screenshot attached) and NR is forced to close.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NR_v11054

Please provide any additional information below.
i've had this problem before. it only seems to occur on the first use after NR
is installed. i could only reproduce it on newly-installed versions, but not
when the application had already been run once.
