Get this working with the react editor too #1

Would be great to have this work with the react editor too. It seems right now it only works with the non react editor, as when "use react editor" is enabled, the scroll speed is still way too fast.

@balupton FYI, I noticed that there is a "Scroll Sensitivity" option in Settings now -- it's near the bottom of the pane. This works really nicely with React enabled for me.
