Page size for artists and albums should be determined using actual size of UI 
control for paged entities.

E.g. when user resizes app window page size changes

One way is to implement custom listView measure size in overriden OnSizeChanged 
and fire custom event. This event will be consumed by viewModel through custom 
behavior and MVVM command
