Create scene outside engine code.

Engine is for back-end calculations Physics-Rendering etc. Editor allows for placement of entities composed of entities.

Scene contains entities.
Entities have components
Scene also determines active engine systems such as Render and Physics.
Scenes can be pre-loaded/initialized and switched to through Engine Messages.
Scene determines the resources required/loaded for the resource manager.

Game Logic outside engine: ????
