Create test files for public github repo

It would be nice if the github repo contained royalty free audio files for the test suite.

test file types:

• CBR and VBR
• 6 Chan, 8 Chan, mono, stereo
• uint8, int16, int32, flt, dbl
• planar, interleaved

test CLI options:

• -b, -c, -d, -h, -t, -ht, -m, -o (with file and with stdout), -w
