appcast not being updated #343

the latest build listed in 
http://b4winckler.github.com/macvim/appcast/stable.xml is 53, from a year ago.

I have not yet released a new stable build (only snapshots which do not support 
automatic updating).  When I do the appcast will be updated.

How about a separate appcast for the unstable snapshots?
