Dock icon recently used does not open file #405

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open files
Close macvim
Right-click dock icon
select one of the recently used files
Nothing happens
-- Try again:
Open macvim
Select a file from the context menu in the dock again, still doesn't open the 
file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect MacVim to open the file

What version of MacVim and OS X are you using (see "MacVim->About MacVim"
and  "Apple Menu->About This Mac" menu items, e.g. "Snapshot 40, 10.5.6
Intel")?
Snapshot 64 on MacOSX Lion/10.7

Please provide any additional information below.

Not sure what's wrong -- it works for me.  Have you tried going through the
