Unclean redraw on resize #445

Resize MacVim eg by dragging the right edge of the window.

There are strange flickers of white and black streaks.

Mac OS 10.7.5,
$ gvim --version
VIM - Vi IMproved 7.3 (2010 Aug 15, compiled Dec 12 2012 23:49:08)
MacOS X (unix) version
Included patches: 1-754
