Full Screen does not work properly on 10.9 Mavericks #454

I just upgraded my system to 10.9 Mavericks Dev.Preview. There is something 
wrong with full screen mode. I added the screenshot. snapshot is 66.

I can confirm this
Anyhow, until this is fixed, you can disable the native fullscreen in the 
MacVim preferences and use MacVim's fullscreen mode instead.

I found a trick to solve this bug. after switched to full screen, if i press 
ctrl + L it goes normal. but every-time i need to do this.

btw, i downgraded to 10.8 mavericks is too bugy right now.

Would really like it if this problem was fixed. Problem is still occurring on 
yosemite 10.10.2 and mvim snapshot 73.
