mvim 7.4.258 opens not in current folder #538

several stack exchange posts address this issue and state it was fixed.  but... 
it's not. 
perhaps this is intended or there is some hidden way of preventing it?
i can see why this would be valuable when opening via finder or the apps menu.

at the very least mvim should honor autochdir setting.

i always open mvim from the commandline and i always specify a path to a file 
and i always want it to keep the working dir from whence i opened it.  

thanks for maintaining a great project!
