I tried to use spfx-fast-serve in SPFx 17.3.x but I encounter with below error #103

Hi guys,

I did the installation instruction step by step, First I encounter with Error: Cannot find module '@rushstack/debug-certificate-manager' , after I installed rushstack/debug-certificate-manager package, I recieved below error, which says Content not from webpack is served from do you guys have any idea ?

Hello, please delete node_modules, package-lock.json and reinstall dependencies again
