Authentication failure - Access denied #68

I have used admin credentials for uploading file to sharepoint using nodejs spsave library. It shows access denied error. I have enbaled all the permissions in sharepoint admin center. I checked the access with check permission option,everything is enabled.

SharePoint Online? In SPO, custom scripts should be enabled on Site Collection level.
