Driver app not generating tickets correctly. Crate quantities omitted from printed ticket AND crate deposit calculation.

Reworked crate deposit section of ticket generation. Unable to reproduce, awaiting test results from drivers before I close the issue.

Crates and bottles were doubled on orders.

See ticket Brookshire brothers 89 - lumberton (order) on 5-16-2022 bottle and crate deposits are doubled. See same ticket returns full returned bottles and crates are doubled.
