Syntax error when i give my phone number #121

I'm not an IT guy or sth, i don't know bout programming but is always says i've got a syntax error in my request so when i type in my phone number. Problem is, it doesn't tell me the exakt error because it always says "null" when it should be displaying an error Code or sth so i dont even know what to change in my request and it worked in the past

The Provider didn't Support german numbers or the Format of them for Some reason, i just had to wait it out
