Update Discord link to use invite link instead of channel link #158

I just realized the Discord channel link currently will lead us to this page if you are on an account that has not already joined the server.

Let's update the link to use an invite link instead. The following link I've generated is set to never expire: https://discord.gg/YyWcyeEJud

Users who are already part of the server will be redirected to the server channel on Discord.

Fixed by commit c9ae8216fc9f7d8fd0c80b829f3f290a181c3280

Note: Might want to have the link generated by main Woodley Park Archers discord account if there is one, so it looks more official. It is currently generated by my personal account.
