Updated links for discord and "Sign Up"

Changed discord link to use an invite instead of leading to the channel. Users who have already joined will be lead to the channel.
Fixed sign-up url to use the correct one so "Sign Up" link under the login bar will lead to the correct page.

Not sure if I should have removed "blocktrans"? I'm just realizing it's probably there as a security thing?

Edit: I just clicked on Sign Up on the live wpa site and now it's working again? May need to revert this commit.
