fastqc fails to process given file in docker container #103

After installing fastqc -filename-- results I can see that fastqc starts analysis and finishes, but fails to process resultant file. java: docker image base: Bioarchlinux fastqc installed using pacman -Syu fastqc

The Above problem is fixed after installing fontconfig and ttf-dejavu
