Interveners not correctly listed #1

I found some errors in the information on state interventions in infringement cases. I found no problems in regards to the number of interventions, possibly with the exception of C-110/05, which is a strange direct action that still contains observations (not interventions). I also saw that the French name of some states is used for some cases, especially Hongrie and Irlande, which might be good to clear up.

However, in the following cases, Iuropa has an intervention registered, but not who the intervention supported (even though the state did support someone). So far, I have only double checked interventions by these three MS, but have more on the list:

Finally, Iuropa registers interventions and observations for orders, but most of these seem to relate to the original case, and not the order (though an intervention in an order is theoretically possible, as I understand it).

(The submissions data in the webpage also contains some scraping errors on rows 1075, 2048, 2345, 2347, 6647, 6658, 6667).

This bug applied to the last observations in a list supporting parties if listed in a certain way. Resolved.
