The parties to the case submits an observation, but this is not recorded in the Iuropa data. Examples: ECLI:EU:C:2015:742; ECLI:EU:C:2013:574; ECLI:EU:C:2017:638

This was due to missing information in official metadata and poor reading of observations in text. Resolved.
