First observation I checked was the order in T‑238/22, which is not yet assigned a proper ECLI number (as it's a recent decision, it's weird that an ECLI number was assigned). The document is an order of the president, so NA is probably the appropriate value.
Chamber sizes could change from decision to decision, so it's better to leave it decision-level. However, saying the chamber size is 1 here would be misleading - a larger chamber is (presumably) assigned.
In the

data set, there are several observations withchamber_size == 0
.Obviously, this should be impossible, and these observations should be NA (or a number should be identified).
