The question referred in ECLI:EU:C:2021:949 regards a criminal procedure against an individual (IS), yet the person is listed as the applicant rather than defendant (or some other category such as "sole party").

In ECLI:EU:C:2010:415 there's the same problem, but with two individuals in joined cases.
