Strange ID code assigned to missing court (1LU11LUX0) #7

Tribunal d'arrondissement de Luxembourg seems to be missing from the data set. The script assigns the ID code 1LU11LUX0 to the tribunal, which contains one digit too many.

Besides, I am not sure this would be the correct specification for the tribunal, as no other Luxembourgian Tribunal d'arrondissement is listed.
