Final priors check #2

Can you have one last look at the priors on the DLMs? I am working on updating the text based on the reviewer comments, and noticed that the priors were different for the ODBA and PTF DLMs. I know we changed the PTF priors based on previous reviewer suggestions, but not sure if they both should have been changed? The observation model part of the likelihood is different between ODBA & PTF. Thanks!

Yeah we don't need to change the priors on the ODBA DLM because it uses the identity link. We changed the prior everywhere we used the logit link in accordance with the reviewer comment.
