Added some lines to make a more adaptable method of creating the output results file for any model grid. The current version has manually set output column names that will be changed to column names that depend on the model grid column names. This is in preparation for a new model grid with additional parameters. The nanni et al. grids need to change the model grid column names to work with this fix.
