Added functionality to write best-fit model spectrum #207

This is done automatically after fitting using the save_model function. #204

The save_model also has an added custom_output_name string variable and print_outputs flag. The custom_output_name is used to have the target name appear in the associated best-fit model name. The printed_outputs is added to not duplicated the output results when using the save_model function within the fitting.
