Add import-zone action to import zone files #1

This adds a new import-zone action that can be used to migrate from other DNS providers to Desec using a zone file.

The code has been successfully tested with three zones.

@davidmehren I think this PR is useful and I would really like to merge it. Are you going to tackle those changes I requested? If you don't, I'll probably do it myself, but I don't know when I'll get around to it.
