Check local discovery functionality

For now, strange errors are possible with local discovery using zeroconf module. The list of errors include:

• IP address is usually determined as "127.0.0.1" if not overridden instead of the current interface address;
• "server" parameter in ServiceInfo class is seeking for a fully-qualified domain name with a dot on the end;
• client libraries like Android NSD often detect only IP addresses but fail to determine the domain name of the host;
• there is no handling for NonUniqueNameException exception.
