New format of error messages #23

Update all error messages to the new format as described in documentation.

All errors described in docs are implemented. What was left:

error messages related to Things
to Placements
to Messages (which is deprecated ???)

Those error messages are not yet described in docs

Finally closed. The only place where the old format was left is the /messages/ resource which is finally deprecated in v0.3. All new code uses the new format of error messages
