New format of Things

Separate all functions of Things to the separate interfaces ("capabilities") like:

• IState
• IActuator
• IValue
• IBinary
• IThreshold
• IColor
• IIntensity
• IPlaylist

and so on

Also a list of capabilities is needed to be propagated to the REST API and other client views of Things: #52. How to achieve it? It don't know yet.

Talking about Capabilities: the similar concept is available in other Home Automation systems:

• they are called Capabilities in SmartThings ecosystem;
• they are called Capabilities too in Wink ecosystem;
• they are called Capabilities too in Alexa ecosystem;
• they are called Channels in OpenHAB ecosystem;
• they are called Services in Home Assistant ecosystem;
• ...
