Archipack sidebar not showing information and materials not loading despite having linked the default materials .blend

Archipack version: 1.2.85

Blender version: Both latest version & Beta 3.0

Os version: Windows 10 21H1

Description of the issue:

Despite installing and reinstalling the Archipack addon, my sidebar refuses to load the meshes and instead just shows this:

I'm not sure if this is an error on my end or in the addon. Further, the materials don't seem to load in despite me having added the mat library in preferences:

I appreciate any help I can get with this.
