Error when attempting to activate addon

Os version:Windows 10

Description of the issue:After installing Archipack, I attempted to activate it and received an error message.

You should find download link for latest version (2.4.0) in e-mail from blender-archipack.org Download, setup over and restart blender.

ok, so i went to the get the latest updates link in the email, got a new email link and downloaded and re-installed and now all is well!

I just download the latest version of both Blender 3.1 and Archipack Pro, and unfortunately, I am more or less getting the same error message. Is Archipack Pro compatible with Blender 3.1 or am I somehow doing something wrong. I have attempted to install it a couple times. Getting the exact same issue/error trying to install. Happens when I select Add Mesh. Guess that is what, step 2? I just purchased and downloaded this on Friday. Version Number says it is 2.0. 9

The resolution to this states they were e-Mailed a link to the 2.4.0 version. That I cannot find, when I follow the directions, that say to go to the main page and download, the only option I get is to purchase the add on again. Only files I see within this forum haven't been updated in 4 years.... So where is this 2.4.0 version?

Thanks for the support. So, I appear to be running around in circles. I found the e-Mail to get the update. I select the link and it takes me to this page: https://blender-archipack.org/archipack/update I enter the e-Mail address, and select Get update by e-Mail. Screen flashes a bit and I am met with a message that states "You must enter your Gumroad/Patreon account e-mail" So I created a Gumroad account, I use the exact same e-Mail address since it is my e-Mail address. I responded to the e-Mail confirmation from Gumroad. I selected the link in the next e-Mail from Gumroad "congratulations on your new account" It takes me to my Gumroad account page.

I go back to https://blender-archipack.org/archipack/update I enter my e-Mail address. It takes me to a page stating that I must enter my Gumroad/Patreon account e-Mail

What am I missing here, I would like to start learning this before my birthday in December 😁

thanks for mentioning, but I still can't properly use the free version taken from both the website and gumroad. I get a static transparent black window on my screen, does not react to anything (this is from the version taken from gumroad, the website version gives me a traceback error when trying to activate it on preferences). I'm using blender 3.1.0

What could be happening? thanks ;)

I spend ages tryin to figure this one out... But it's just because the archipack collection is excluded from view and you just need to unhide it. I hope this works for you as well.
